NOTICE OF ESTABLISHMENT OF
RAIMONDI COLLEGE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

The Raimondi College Alumni Association ("RCAA") has been established pursuant to Societies Ordinance (Cap.151) of Hong Kong.

The objective of RCAA is to serve as a recognized alumni association of Raimondi College under section 40AP(1) of the Education Ordinance (Cap.279) of Hong Kong to promote the elections of the Alumni Manager of the Incorporated Management Committee of Raimondi College (the "Elections"), subject to the directions of The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, the sponsoring body of Raimondi College.

For the avoidance of doubt, save and except the Elections, RCAA shall not be responsible for any other roles, functions or activities relating to Raimondi College and its alumni. The sole objective of RCAA is to hold the Elections independent from any other organizations relating to Raimondi College.
